Characterization of the Part Toehold of ATOMS_Turkiye by AUC_TURKEY

In an effort to conduct a joint wet lab study, we characterized the Toehold and Toehold + trigger parts of the ATOMS team, proving their functionality. The IPTG dependant functional parts were cultured 16 hours, and then added 1mM IPTG while continuing to be incubated 3 hours. The acquired protein containing samples were isolated to achieve accurate results.

The difference rate in between the values of the functionality of the two parts were 1 to 68.
